Beautiful I loved this condo. It was perfect. The view was amazing. It's clean and well decorated. I loved the picture in the master bath so much. I wish I would have taken inside pictures but The view is spectacular! The only thing was the elevator always dirty, smelly and one didn't work so there could be a 30 minute wait... We will be back next year.

We loved our short time here and the staff at the Palacio as well as Vacasa services. The room was clean and the view was perfect. The small homey touches made the condo feel more special.

Stayed on the 18th floor — room was quite nice. Well furnished. Good size. Kitchen a hair small in my opinion. The beach was great — rented chairs from the operator on premises. No issues there. Only issue was during our stay one of the elevators was being serviced. This was a minor inconvenience — but understandable. Parking was enough. Had to park in the lot across the street most of the time as the lot in front of the condo was always full. But the lot is free.

The condo itself was great! Rooms were big, plenty of room for everyone in the condo. We had everything we needed. The only reason i don’t give it a 5 star review is the beach service. It was terrible. The chairs are labeled all week like assigned seating in school. The only way you get on the front row is by paying off the guy who sets us the chairs. Otherwise your name tag will stay in the back row all week where you can’t see the kids or the beach. They are suppose to rotate as people check out but we never rotated off the back row the whole time we were there. Several guest didn’t even come down all day that were seated in front of us so we could have sat in those chairs and had a great view. As great as the condo was we will book elsewhere due to the assigned seating of beach service.

Very nice condo that we rented through Vacasa. Highly recommend as they checked in promptly and were extremely helpful. Right on the beach overlooking the beautiful gulf.

We LOVED this condo(905)! If you are on the fence just go ahead and book it! Wonderful furnishings, CLEAN, comfy beds, plenty of room, kitchen was stocked and the view was amazing! The pools were great and the beach was as well. The included beach service was wonderful! Plenty of restaurants close by and a a few grocery stores as well (Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, Shrimp Basket, Islander food shack, Island sweets). We are already planning to return next year. Our family of 7 (ages 8-76) had the best time!

Highlights - large balcony, comfy beds and linens, 3 full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and great layout - well decorated and felt homey; would highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful. It is on the 16th floor and we loved sitting on the balcony. The view from my bedroom was the most amazing view to wake up to every morning. I didn't want to leave on that last day. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. The TV in my son's bedroom wasn't working and someone came quickly to get it going. The bathtub in the master bedroom had something brown on the side and they offered to come clean it but it was minor so I said no we can do it. We didn't even use that tub so it was no big deal. Everything else was perfect. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. Being out there was my favorite part of the whole vacation. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable. We will definitely be booking that place again. We loved our time there!!!
